Singapore, really?
I was excited when I heard we were going to Singapore, but slightly concerned, how can they conduct OE programs in a city?….I thought.
I was confused and a little hesitant to comprehend what I would learn. To be honest I didn’t think that there would be many things similar to our big, vast, open home –Australia. However after spending 2 weeks in this small, yet bountiful country I realised I was wrong.
I have no doubt I have changed over the two short weeks here in Singapore,
I have had time to learn, ask questions and even explore.
I have developed as a person, learner and facilitator,
For me this experience has been a good indicator
Of my level of knowledge, understanding, weaknesses and strengths,
And from this I have realised I will have to go to great lengths
To get to exactly where I want to be,
On this Outdoor Education journey.
